TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Early Bird Discount

Eligibility:

• The Early Bird Discount is available only to students at centres that choose to participate in the promotion.

• This discount applies exclusively to invoices issued at the end of the year for enrolments in the new year.

Discount Application:

• The Early Bird Discount applies only to the lesson cost and does not apply to the material fee or any other associated charges.

• The discount is calculated based on the net outstanding balance of the lesson cost after any prior payments or credits have been applied.

Discount Period:

• The discount period will be clearly specified in the email accompanying the invoice.

• Payments made after the stated period will not be eligible for the Early Bird Discount.

Payment Method:

• Payment must be completed through approved channels, including bank transfer, cash and credit card.

• Proof of payment must be submitted, if applicable, by the deadline to confirm eligibility.

Non-Refundable Discount:

• The discounted amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, absence, or cancellation of lessons.

Exclusions:

• The discount does not apply to material fees, workshops, or supplementary services unless explicitly stated.

• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise specified.

Policy Changes:

• Phoenix Education reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Early Bird Discount without prior notice. Any updates will be communicated promptly.

Acceptance of Terms:

• By making payment during the early bird period, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
