TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Referral Offer

Offer
Under this referral offer, both the referring family and the new family will receive a $100 account credit.

  1. Eligibility
    This offer applies only where:

    • the referred student is a new family to Phoenix Education;

    • the new family enrols and pays for one full term at a participating Phoenix Education centre; and

    • the new family mentions the referring family’s name at the time of enquiry or enrolment.

  2. Reward
    Once the new family has enrolled and paid for one full term, a $100 account credit will be applied to:

    • the referring family’s account; and

    • the new family’s account.

  3. Account Credit Only
    The referral reward is provided as account credit only. It is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  4. New Families Only
    This offer is valid for new families only. It does not apply to:

    • existing Phoenix Education students;

    • current families enrolling an additional class or subject;

    • campus transfers; or

    • former students re-enrolling, unless approved by Phoenix Education.

  5. Unlimited Referrals
    A referring family may receive referral rewards for multiple new families under this offer, provided each referred family is a new family to Phoenix Education and completes enrolment and payment for one full term.

  6. One Reward Per New Family
    Only one referral reward will be issued in respect of each new family enrolled. If more than one family claims the same referral, Phoenix Education reserves the right to determine which family is eligible for the reward.

  7. Timing of Credit
    The account credit will only be applied after the new family has completed enrolment and payment for one full term.

  8. Campaign Period
    This referral offer applies to new family enquiries received between 14/4/2026 and 1/5/2026.

  9. Participating Centres
    This offer is available only at the following participating Phoenix Education centres: Hurstville, Burwood.

  10. General
    Phoenix Education reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw, or refuse this offer at its discretion where necessary, including in cases of misuse, duplicate claims, or circumstances not covered by these terms.
